CharmingLoft Lisbon Avenida

The CharmingLoft has a large and bright living room with two sitting areas. The main sitting area features a comfortable 3-person sofa and two cinema chairs for whenever you want to watch television or have a drink together. Next to the dining table you will find a ‘relax nook’ – a cozy corner with large pillows, where you can stretch out and doze off after a long day in the city. There is a retractable single bed under this lounge area to accommodate a 5th guest.

The living area has air conditioning, ensuring convenience in both summer and winter. There is a LED TV. From the Marshall sound system you can stream your own music, connecting your mobile device via bluetooth or cable. There is WiFi connection throughout the apartment.

The CharmingLoft has a fully equipped open kitchen, offering everything you need to create your own dishes if you feel like staying at home. In terms of equipment, you will find a dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, stove and oven, Delta Q coffee maker, a blender. Kitchen utensils, cutlery (good knifes!) and crockery are widely provided. You will also find a fire extinguisher and fire blanket, as well as cleaning material and an ironing board and iron.

From the kitchen you can access the balcony. It’s of modest size, but perfectly equipped for a coffee in the morning sun with an authentic view over the neighbourhood.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size double bed, of which the mattress was renewed early 2019. Additional pillows and blankets are provided.

The room features a built-in wardrobe and a stand-alone closet – more than enough space for guests to hang their clothes.

There’s an air conditioning unit in the room, serving as a possible heating in winter and cooling device in summer. The door window looks out to the street.

A baby crib can be set up, on guest’s request, next to the double bed.

Opposite the Master bedroom, next to the bathroom, you will find the second bedroom. This is another spacious room featuring two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. Additional blankets are provided in the stand-alone closet.

With 12 square meter, also the CharmingLoft’s bathroom is spacious. Easily accessible from all rooms and well-ventilated, the bathroom can cater to all guests. It features a toilet, a double washing basin with marble table top and underneath closet, and a shower area completely renovated in 2018. An electric towel radiator provides extra comfort on cold days.

CharmingLoft Lisbon Avenida is located on the 4th floor of a renovated 18th century building. Guests have full and exclusive access. The apartment is situated in a residential area, which allows for quiet sleeping at night, yet offers lots of original shops, bars and restaurants. There is no elevator so people with reduced mobility may find the climb up the stairs too challenging.
