1. The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation.
2. The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
3. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
4. If the guest cancels a reservation less than 7 days before the booked arrival date, we will charge 100% of the booking amount.
5. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.
6. We accept prepayment by: Credit card (VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX)
7. A booking is considered cancelled on the day that Charming Loft has received a written cancellation from the guest.
8. We will refund the prepayment within 14 working days.
Ola! My name is Nuno. I am an active person, who likes to be outdoors – to bike, hike and sail, among others – and enjoy the climate of Portugal with my family. Inspired by the amazing spots I have been able to visit around the world and the warm hospitality of people from many different nationalities, I am now pleased to welcome you in my apartment.
I manage the CharmingLoft together with my friend Margarida. She will welcome you with a glass of Port wine, show you around, and explain how to handle the various appliances. We will be delighted to advise you on the best points of interest in the neighbourhood to make your stay enjoyable! You will be given my mobile phone number for your convenience, which you can always use in case of an emergency. In case of late arrivals, we will give you a code to the smart lock so you can enter at your own convenience.
